This past fall my husband and I realized a long held dream and purchased a cottage. We were fortunate that the very first cottage we looked at was listed with Steve Lesak. We didn’t buy that cottage but it allowed us to meet Steve. So one day of almost every weekend from July to October Steve drove us to just about every lake around Bancroft. During the week he would patiently respond to numerous text messages about every listing that we were interested in and would do an inspection of them before we arrived. Steve has a great deal of knowledge and experience in this area and seems to have an endless supply of patience. He took the time to determine exactly what we were looking for and, when we found it, guided us through the steps of making offers and counter offers. Because he lives in this area he was able to suggest a building inspector and lawyer both of whom were excellent. All in all Steve made the process of finding and purchasing a cottage enjoyable, successful, and less stressful than it otherwise would have been. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve to anyone hoping to purchase a cottage.
